William Sutton

William Sutton is the President and Chief Executive Officer of William Sutton & Associates, Inc.  He has 10 years of experience in property and asset management in the State of Florida.  Mr. Sutton is also a Licensed Community Association Manager with the State of Florida.  He is the President of the West Florida Chapter of the national Community Association Institute, (CAI).  Mr. Sutton hosted the first local television show in the country that focused primarily on community management, called "Community Living".  Additionally, he is a shareholder in Progressive Community Management and Florida 1 Realty Services LLC.

Jim Markel

Jim Markel is a shareholder in William Sutton & Associates, Inc.  Mr. Markel's responsibilities include overseeing the daily operations of the company.  Mr. Markel is a member of the Community Association Institute and holds the highest award designation as a PCAM.  He is also a shareholder in Progressive Community Management and Florida 1 Realty Services LLC.  Jim Markel has a strong background in real estate and residential rental management.

Justin Patterson

Justin Patterson is a Vice President of William Sutton & Associates, Inc. and is a Licensed Community Association Manager with the State of Florida.  He is responsible for the day to day activities of the properties that William Sutton & Associates, Inc. manages for banks, investors, and holding companies.  His primary focus is to maintain the integrity of the investment which includes financial responsibility, building maintenance, personnel, and the safety and well being of the residences. 

Shane Raniere

Shane Raniere is a Vice President of William Sutton & Associates, Inc. and is a Licensed Community Association Manager with the State of Florida.  He is involved with maintaining the statutory requirements of condominium and homeowner associations.  He acts as a liaison between Board members and management, attends required Board meetings, and handles all state filings. Shane has an extensive background in rental management and prides himself in working with prospective renters or buyers to help fulfill the financial responsibility of the banks and the associations that he manages.  Shane Raniere is a Licensed Real Estate Agent in the state of Florida.
